2 lbs. shredded potatoes, 1/2 c. butter (1 stick), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, pepper to taste, 1 med. onion-diced, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

350º 35-45 minutes Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients, mix well and bake.
