Unroll 1 pkg crescent dough (do no seperate). Arrange longest side of dough across width of 12x15 baking sheet. Repeat with remaing pkg of dough. Roll dough to seal perforations. On longest sides of baking sheet, cut dough into 1 1/2 inch strips about 3 inches deep, leave 6 inches in center for filling. Add turkey mixture to center. To braid lift strips of dough across filling to meet in center, twisting each strip one turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Brush top with egg white.
