Directions:Gently mix lamb with all other ingredients until evenly distributed. Shape into small rolls about 3 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. For best results, cover and place in fridge for 1 hour. To grill on outdoor grill: place two rolls side by side and gently push skewer through both rolls 1 inch from the ends. Repeat with a second skewer 1 inch from opposite ends to keep kabobs from breaking apart on the grill. Grill over direct heat with lid closed until browned; 5 - 7 min turning 2 - 3 times. OR grill without skewers on your George Foreman grill in the kitchen, it works swell! |
