1 dozen eggs
1 pt. half & half
1 tsp. or more if preferred Cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
Loaf of Bread (torn in small pieces)

Topping:

1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dot pan with butter. Tear loaf of bread into small pieces. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Press slightly into dish. Mix eggs, half & half, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Pour over bread in baking dish. Press down bread to cover with liquid. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to bake. (better if made night before) Before baking add topping of brown sugar and cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake 35 minutes at 350º.
