one package beef stew meat
1 can beef broth
flour
onion, chopped
olive oil
1 small container sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly dust meat and brown in oil (does not need to cook all the way, just brown). Add onions. Put in crock pot and cover with beef broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 8 hours. About 20 minutes before serving, add sour cream. Stir and serve over rice or noodles.
