4 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
Chicken broth from cooking chicken
1 package flour tortillas (burrito size)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
shredded Mexican cheese(optional)
black olives, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups, tomatoes, green pepper and onion.
Dip 4-5 tortillas in the warm leftover chicken broth and line a 13 x 9 glass dish with them. Place prepared chicken on tortillas and pour the soup mixture on top. If desired top with cheese and sliced black olives. Dip remaining tortillas and place on top. Cover as you would a pie. Bake 20-30 minutes in a 350º oven.
