1 1/2 lb chuck, chopped
1 C breadcrumbs
1/4 C grated cheese
2 C minced garlic
salt and pepper
1 grated carrot
ice water
3 eggs
2 sausage links, uncased
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, add all ingredients. Form into balls. Add to pot. No need to fry. Keep lid open on pot.
