1 pkg broccoli slaw
2 pkg Ramen Noodle Soup (Oriental Flavor)
1 (8oz) pkg sunflower seeds (just the kernels)
1 C sliced almonds
1 C sliced green onions (optional)
1/2 C oil
1/4 C sugar
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Break up raw Ramen Noodles in a bowl-do not cook them. Combine with broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds and green onions. Mix both seasoning packets from the soup packages with the oil, sugar and red wine vinegar to make a marinade. Pour over the other ingredients and toss evenly to coat.

This salad turns out best if you make it the day before and refrigerate overnight so the noodles have time to absorb the dressing and become soft, not crunch.
