Okra- 20 oz. Or one container
Squash- 3 small to medium yellow squash
Onion- One large
Potatoes- 3 medium to large potatoes
Corn Meal- ¾ to 1 cup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut okra, squash, onion and potatoes into small ¼ inch cubes, mix in a large bowl and fry in olive oil on stove top or in an electric frying pan until brown.
Add garlic salt and pepper to your taste after it is cooked. Ketchup finishes the perfect taste to this colorful and healthy vegetable mix.
