6 chicken breasts
4 Tbsp butter
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup white wine - any good white wine will do
1/4 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken. Brown chicken breasts in butter. Remove from skillet and place in casserole dish. Add the following ingredients to skillet: water chestnuts, green pepper, pimentos, onion, wine, and thyme. Heat mixture and pour over chicken. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.

Can be prepared the night before, refrigerated and baked before dinner.
