14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained& mashed
1 cup Progresso seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp GOOD olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt & pepper to taster

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients mix well. Roll in small balls. Roll in extra cheese, using the same kind you put into balls. Heat in 350 oven for 10 minutes. Do not let them dry out. They may be frozen. Makes four dozen.
