Ingredients:  
1 bunch of green leaf lettuce
1 bunch of red leaf lettuce
1 bunch of romane lettuce
1/4 head of iceburg lettuce
2 stalks of celery
3 green onions
1 can of mandarin oranges
1/2 cup of carelized almonds

Dressing::
1 cup wesson oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tbs parsley
5 to 6 drops of hotsauce

Wash all greens and cut into small pieces , chop celery and onions and add to lettuce mix , add almonds and oranges , Mix the dressing in and serve

To carmelize almonds:
2 tbs sugar ,
1/2 cup almonds
placen in large skillet over medium heat until sugar melts and coats almonds , stir constantly to prevent scortching of sugar
