6 boneless chicken breasts
flour
butter
chicken broth, low sodium
dry sherry
1 can artichokes, drained and cut into quarters
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 half green pepper, julienned
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
salt
pepper
angel hair pasta, cooked according to directions

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken breasts with seasoned flour. Brown in butter in skillet. Reduce heat. Add chicken broth and dry sherry. Cover and cook 45 minutes or until tender. Add artichoke hearts, onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with angel hair pasta. Serves 4. Can be doubled.
