1 head or approximately. 12 oz. bag of frozen cauliflower
1/4 cup milk - heated to boiling (preferably in a microwave)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup or less instant mashed potatoes
salt to taste or per diet

Directions:
Directions:
remove leaves and cut away stem from cauliflower - steam head until tender throughout including core - break into 1 inch pieces
or
prepare frozen cauliflower per directions until all pieces are very tender
- put cauliflower in a mixing bow - add butter and hot milk
- using a hand blender or Bullet ,blend until smooth
- add instant mashed potatoes until thickened to desired consistency
Serve hot just like mashed potatoes
