Personal Notes:
Selling treats during the month of October is a tradition at CA. Everyone always had their favorites. As a mom and teacher I have made many of them. High school kids would find the kids who had cornflake treats before classes begun . Treats that sold well were yellow cupcake with chocolate icing for the boys and girls liked any with sprinkles. Boiled cookies and rice krispy treats were always a hit. The goal was to make money so you sold anything and everything. Candied apples were a good seller but was messy especially if you didn't finish it and saved it for lunch.
