3 cups beef broth
3/4 cup port wine
1 cup balsamic vinegar
4 1/2 cups blueberries
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. chili flakes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 sprig rosemary
3 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, saute minced garlic and chili flakes in olive oil over med heat. Add beef broth, balsamic, and port wine. Turn heat to high and cook till liquid is reduced by half.
2. Add 3 cups blueberries, cinnamon and brown sugar. Cook approx 20 minutes until blueberries break apart and sauce thickens.
3. Add sprig of rosemary and let simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add remaining blueberries and stir until berries are warmed through (approx 5 minutes).
5. Grill meat of choice to desired temp
6. Spoon sauce over meat.

Recipe was written for beef tenderloin, however, I prefer lamb chops with this sauce.
