Personal Notes:
This recipe is a favorite of my daughter, Amanda. It was one of the first desserts she learned to bake. In middle school and high school she won Grand Champion at the Strawberry Festival for baked desserts using this recipe from my mother. Need a prize winning dessert? This might be it.
