1 cup flour
3 eggs
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven and popover pan to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed until bubbles form (approx. 10 seconds). Fill preheated popover pan cups about 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes at 425º, reduce heat, bake an additional 20 minutes at 350º. Makes 6 popovers.

For a desert, cool popover and slice in half. Scoop out the soft middle with a spoon so the crispy shell of the popover remains. Pack with hard vanilla ice cream. Serve drizzled with hot fudge ice cream topping and some whipped cream from a spray can.
