1/4 c olive oil
2 T minced garlic
1 1/2 # uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can drained and chopped artichokes
1/2 # crumbled feta cheese
1 c seeded, chopped fresh tomatoes
3 T fresh lemon juice
1 c of a combination of fresh parsley, basil and oregano, chopped
10 ounces angel hair pasta or linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute. Add shrimp and saute 2 minutes until almost cooked through. Add artichokes, tomatoes, lemon juice and seasonings and saute another two to three minutes. At this point you can add some black or red pepper (to taste) for spice.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain. Return pasta to pot, add shrimp mixture and feta cheese. Toss well to coat.
