Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup whiskey
1 1/2 pints whipping cream
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon rum

Directions:
Directions:
Make 24 hours ahead of time. Separate eggs. Using an electric beater, beat yolks thick, adding the sugar. In a large pitcher, mix all the liquor ingredients together. Beat in the liquor to the yolk mixture VERY gradually (this "cooks" the eggs). Whip cream stiff and fold into yolk mixture. Whip egg whites very stiff and fold in. Turn carefully into well chilled bowl/container. Refrigerate. Makes approximately 1 gallon. Before serving, I often stick it outside in the snow for a few hours. Stir again before serving as mixture separates. Top individual glasses with a dash of nutmeg. *Don't mix it too much or it will lose its fluffy texture.
