1 tub of Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg
powdered sugar
1 box cake mix (any flavor you prefer, even brownie mix - Lemon flavored has been the biggest hit!)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cool Whip, cake mix and egg together. Will be sticky. Form into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 325º F for 8 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Enjoy!

I've used 2 eggs, 1 egg and no eggs at all. They all work. No eggs are a little chewier, with eggs are fluffier. Whichever you prefer!
