Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage (regular) COOKED, DRAINED AND CRUMBLED.
4 1/2 cups cubed day old bread (I just tear the bread in quarters and cover bottom of buttered pan)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs slightly beaten
4 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in well buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine the next six ingredients (eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper). Pour evenly over bread and cheese. Spread cooked crumbled sausage over the egg mixture. Cover and chill overnight. Bake UNcovered at 325º for one hour (if cooking in an oven with other items at 350º reduce cooking time). Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
