1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese softened
1/2 lb medium cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp mayonaise
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Roll into a ball and sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate. (Can make into 2 smaller balls if desired),
Serve with crackers.
