3 cups rice (white or brown), cooked salted
2 cups broccoli
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup zucchini, sliced
1 cup green beans or cauliflower
1 16oz jar marinara sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked rice in bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Cook vegetables in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Spoon vegetables over rice. Top with sauce. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over casserole. Return to oven to melt cheese.
