Leftover meat abt 1/4 lb
Raw carrots 1 lg or 3 small
Celery 1-2 stalk
Onion 1/2 medium
Sweet or dill Pickle 2 sweet gherkins OR 1 dill
Mustard 1 TBLSP
Horseradish 1 TBLSP
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup

Put all the above into an electric chopper and blend.
I often add a bit of pickle juice to thin it. Wine also works. Add peppers if you like, or anything!!
When thoroughly blended, spread a gob of it on a large flour tortilla. roll it up and pinch one end shut and eat from the other end.
You cannot make two batches the same so it is always a surprise, but good! For best results, don't measure anything.
