tomatoes
cucumbers
avocado
additional ingredients if desired
salt
pepper
lemon
olive oil
garlic powder
oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients in a medium size salad bowl. Add salt and pepper. Squeeze approximately 1/2 lemon over salad. Pour some olive oil over salad. Sprinkle with garlic powder and about 1/2 tsp. oregano. Mix well. Taste and correct seasonings. Portions may vary according to amount of greens.
