1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Juice of 1/2 small lemon
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 tsp. black pepper
red pepper to taste
no salt
1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. For dip serve with melba rounds. For sandwiches use 1 1/2 loaves thin sliced bread such as Pepperidge Farm. Trim crusts and spread mixture on bread. Cut into quarters. Serves many.
