minced garlic
onions
jalapenos
cumin
chili powder
black beans
cilantro
salt
cream
butter
shrimp
chili garlic paste

Directions:
Directions:
Bean patties:
heat olive oil, 1 minced clove garlic, 1/2 minced onion,1 minced jalapeno, 1 tsp cumin, 1 TB chilipowder. Add 1 can black beans, fresh chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Mash 2/3 of the bean mixture and set aside.

Sauce:
In a pan, fry onions in olive oil until tender. Add 1 C cream, 1 cube butter, salt and pepper to taste. Turn off heat when medium warm.
Add 1 TB chili garlic paste.
Mix well. Set aside.

Shrimp: 25 shrimp count. Butterfly them in half and dip in olive oil and bake at 450º for 5 minutes.

On plates, form a round mound of black bean. Arrange the shrimp around the bean and pour cream sauce over all.
