1 (6lb) beef roast (sirloin tip works well)
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 dozen large soft rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a well greased dutch oven or heavy roaster. Place a piece of tin foil loosely over top of the roaster, allowing air to circulate. Bake at 425º for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for an additional 2 hours or to desired doneness. Cool for about 15 minutes then cut into thin slices. Return sliced meat to pan with drippings. Saute chopped onion in butter. In a large saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, barbeque sauce, and sauteed onion. Heat through. Pour desired amount over beef. Fill rolls just before serving.
