1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 onion chopped
1 small pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (16 oz.)can red beans
2 c. frozen corn
2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (mexican)
If you like it a thinner soup, add water to desired consistency.

Brown meat and chopped onions.
Drain excess fat, add remaining ingredients, simmer 30 minutes to blend flavors.

I use whatever beans are in my cabinet. It always turns out yummy. We like to top with grated cheese and sour cream.
