1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Tabasco
Lea & Perrins
Italian bread crumbs
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat first 7 ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper, Tabasco, and Lea & Perrins.
Can add shrimp, crabmeat, or oysters. Top with Italian bread crumbs in small casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until bread crumbs are brown and sides are bubbling. Spoon onto crackers. Serves 6 to 8. Can double.
