2 - 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/4 c. green pepper chopped fine
2 t. chopped sweet onion
1 - 131/4 oz can crushed pineapple (drained well)
1 t. seasoned salt
11/2 c chopped pecans (1/2 c in the cheese ball and 1 c. to roll in

Mix together and roll into ball. Chill overnight
Freezes well.
