(4) Large Baking potatoes
4 Tbs. Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub the potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half into thirds lengthwise. In a bowl mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary together. Toss the potatoes in this mixture. Spread the potato wedges, in a single layer, on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning after 20 minutes. Bake until they are lightly browned. Sprinkle lightly with salt and serve.
