Directions:
Using a food processor, grind cookies to a fine powder. Using a mixer, blend cookie powder and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed (shouldn't be any white traces of cream cheese) Roll into small balls and place on a waxpaper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes. Line two cookie sheets with wax paper. In a double boiler, melt the milk chocolate. Dip balls and coat thoroughly with the melted chocolate. With a slotted spoon, lift out ball and let any excess chocolate drip off. Place on cookie sheets and let dry.
