1 pkg (0.8 oz) Sugar-Free Fat-Free cook & serve Jello vanilla pudding
1 pkg (0.3 oz) Sugar-Free Jello strawberry gelatin
2 cups water
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
1 low-fat graham cracker crust
Sugar-Free Coolwhip topping for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan on stove top, stir together water and pudding mix. Bring to boil, stirring well with whisk. Remove from heat and immediately stir in gelatin, continuing to whisk briskly 2 minutes. Allow to cool.

Pour sliced strawberries in pie crust. Pour cooled pudding mixture over berries. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.

May garnish with sugar-free coolwhip dollops and additional whole strawberries.

About 40 calories per slice, or 1 weightwatchers point.
