Directions:
In a large bowl, add your ground beef chuck, bread crumbs, water, salt and pepper. Mix together, and then put your ground beef mixture to your cutting board or an area where you can shape your ground beef, just like your shaping your meatloaf but a ho ho cake size but longer. your meat has to be firm in order to shape and roll. Get a sheet of waxpaper, and roll up your beef in waxpaper, twist both ends of the waxpaper and put in fridge for 3 hours, you want to make sure that your meat is firm enough to cut, and shape like a sausage patty. Meanwhile, in a large pot fill with water and add all your vegetables and add 1 tsp. of salt and boil on medium heat.. the last 30 minutes of your boilling, add your gravy packets, stir, and add your sausages, boil for 30 minutes until your sausages are done.
