1 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. rye flour
1/2 c. melted shortening
3 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and let rise till double; punch down, let rise again. Bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes. Makes 4 small loaves.
