1 c. Milk
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Margarine
1 tsp. Salt
1 pkg. Granulated yeast
1/4 c. Lukewarm water
1 Egg beaten
3 1/2 c. Sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and add sugar, margarine and salt. Cool milk mixture until lukewarm. Meanwhile, dissolve yeast into lukewarm water. When yeast is dissolved, add yeast and water into milk mixture. Once combined, add beaten egg and flour. Cover bowl tightly and let rise until dough is double in size (about 2 hours). Once double in size, form dough into rolls/balls. Put rolls onto a greased pan and let them rise again (1 hour or double the original size). Bake in a preheated oven at 375º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
