2 - 5 lbs. beef roast
1 can coke (regular or diet)
1 can creamed soup, any kind

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in large covered pan or casserole dish. Combine coke and soup, pour over. Bake, covered for 2 - 3 hours @400º.

Can it be any easier? Whisk up the coke and soup before you pour over the roast. You will have a nice gravy when done. Meat is so tender. A Sunday favorite!
