Cooked pork sausage, (links cut up), 2 - 3 tbsp. melted butter, 1 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup green or red pepper, 6 eggs, 1 cup milk, salt, and pepper, 3 - 4 English muffins, cut in 1 inch cubes.

Place English muffin cubes in baking dish, (size of your choice) drizzle with melted butter, layer all other ingredients, except eggs and milk. Combine eggs and milk thoroughly, pour over the top, cover and refrigerate overnight - Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking, Uncover, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, Insert knife.. it should come out clean and be ready to eat.
