2 lbs. small red potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cut potatoes in half; place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with the spices; stir to coat. Bake, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes or until tender, turning once.
