4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Dry Oats
1 cup flour (I use half whole wheat and half white)
1 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the bottom of a 9X13 baking dish with blueberries. Fill pan with water until the berries are almost covered. Sprinkle half cup of the brown sugar over the berries. In a large bowl mix oats, flour, half cup brown sugar, and softened butter. Spread this mixture over berries. Cover with foil. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes of baking.

This same recipe can be used with other berries, such as, blackberries or raspberries. My favorite is a combination of berries. Other fruits that could be used are sliced apples or peaches. (If you are making apple cobbler be sure to add a little cinnamon to the mixture). Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Yum!!
