1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
Peel of 1 orange, grated
Juice of 1/2 orange
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven at 350º.
Mix the first six ingredients together, then add flour and baking powder to the mixture. Butter and flour traditional angel food cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Glaze: Squeeze the orange juice from the other half of the orange and add to 2 tablespoons of sugar. Once the cake has cooled for 5 minutes, pour glaze over cake.
