1 medium box of Velveeta
2 large jalapeņos, drained and finely chopped
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 pods garlic, pressed
chili powder
wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor with steel blade chop peppers. Remove and cream with mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl.
In food processor with plastic blade drop in cheese in hunks to blend. Add pepper and mayonnaise mixture. Cream well. Remove and shape into 3 logs. Roll in chili powder. Roll logs in wax paper and chill overnight. Slice and place rounds on round crackers to serve. Serves many.
