Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 325º. Combine "Crust" ingredients and press into a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake for 12 minutes until light brown. Cool. While crust is baking, combine "Topping" ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on a COOLED crust and top with fresh fruit in desired pattern. It is fun to make a ring of sliced strawberries around the outside, then a smaller ring of sliced bananas, then an even smaller ring of blueberries. Repeat pattern for a 4th of July (red, white, and blue) fruit pizza. Have fun and be creative! Once you have covered the topping with fresh fruit, cook all the "Glaze" ingredients in a saucepan on the stove until thick, stirring continuously. Cool the glaze just a bit (but do not let it get too thick) and pour over all fruit. Refrigerate. Enjoy!! |

Notes: In honor of Mom
Fruit pizza is best if made the day it will be served. Otherwise, the crust will become soggy. This is the perfect spring/summer dessert for bridal/baby showers, birthdays, and holidays. Bring copies of the recipe to share because you will be asked for it!
