1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together sugar and margarine. Add eggs to mixture, then add bananas. In another bowl, mix together dry ingredients (salt, soda, flour, baking powder) and then gradually stir into wet mixture. Stir in walnuts if desired. Pour in a bread loaf pan (greased) for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
