1 Rubbermade # 9 (3 qt.) Cylinder
2c. water
2 tbs. liquid baby soap
1 roll paper towels (Bounty Big roll works best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and baby soap in container. Cut paper towel roll in half with a very sharp knife. Place 1/2 roll into the water in the container. Cover and let sit overnight. Discard the soggy cardboard roll. Use the towels from the center.
