11/4C flour 1/2C brown sugar 1/4tsp salt
1/2C butter 1/2lb marshmallows 32-34 or 4C
miniature marshmallows 1C milk 1-1 8oz. Cool
Whip 1/4tsp Almond extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix by hand flour,sugar,salt and butter in a medium bowl until fine particles are formed. Place in a 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees until
golden brown stirring occasionally 10-12 minutes Cool and remove 1/2C of mixture. Press remainder into bottom of pan. Melt marshmallows and milk in top
of double boiler over boiling water. Cool completely
Mix Cool Whip and almond extract until blended
and fold into marshmallow mixture. Spread 2/3 of
marshmallow mixture over crumb crust and top with
pie filling and top with remaining marshmallow
mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top
and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight covered.
