1 bag of angel hair cabbage slaw
1½ tsp. kosher salt
1/4 c. pickled ginger, drained and chopped
8 oz. fresh snow or sugar snap peas, cut in thirds crosswise
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 lb. of medium shrimp, cooked, tails removed

Directions:
Toss the cabbage, snow peas, pickled ginger, 1-1/2 tsp. of salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl. Add shrimp. Add the vinegar and the 2 tbsp. of peanut oil and toss again to coat.
