2 1/2 cups flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp cloves
1 cup margarine
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour and spices. Beat together margarine and sugars. Add egg and beat well. Stir in flour mix & zucchini, carrots and nuts.

Back at 350F for 12-15 minutes.
